Our delivery cut off point*

At the Absolute Store we strive to dispatch all of our orders as soon as possible. We endeavor to offer next working day delivery to all our UK mainland customers, when ordering before 1pm subject to stock availability and payment method. We have some flexibility internally around our cut off point and may be able to dispatch some orders after 1pm for next working day delivery.

A working day is considered to be Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding publics holidays in the United Kingdom. The business also operates a ‘shutdown’ period over the Christmas / New Year holidays. The shutdown period is also excluded from working days.

Please note: When payment is made via the ‘Credit card / debit card’ option we are able to dispatch goods immediately. If however the payment option selected is ‘Direct bank transfer (Contact Head Office)’ we will only dispatch goods once the funds have cleared our account. In line with our payment information the customer has 48 hours to make this payment. If the customer places the order before 1p.m. and the funds do not clear before this time we cannot guarantee next working day delivery.

Where we deliver to?

Absolute Store provides UK wide shipping online and ‘Customer to arrange collection from Absolute Store’, however if you would like to purchase from the Absolute Store anywhere overseas ‘Customer to arrange collection from Absolute Store (United Kingdom)’ is an option or contact us. We can quote accordingly including any assistance required with moving goods across borders. We understand each countries requirements are specific and have vast experience in exporting goods.

It’s urgent and we have it in stock

If we have it in stock and our customer requires the goods as fast as possible, please contact us, we are more than happy to look at all the options available to us and work with the customer to find a solution that meets their needs.

Who do we use for our next day delivery?

We use DHL and TNT couriers, dependent on price, availability and service we will choose at the time of dispatch unless our customers contacts us with a special request. We only use tracked services so we can trace your goods during delivery.
