How do I return a product?

You can request a return through our online contact form or alternatively you can call us on 01527 313 515, we will then instruct you on how to get the item(s) back to us.

Products that cannot be returned

Absolute Automation is not able to accept the return of certain items:

  • Software
  • Calibrated products
  • Bespoke manufactured products

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving your products, you can send it back to us for a refund providing the item is in the condition it was sent out in. Unless there is an issue with the item you ordered, such as damaged in transit of faulty, a restocking fee may apply.
